RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At TIPSIE, we’re committed to making sure you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:
To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • You provide your original order number as proof of purchase.
  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
Please email us at contact@tipsie.com.au to request a return or exchange. We'll provide approval and instructions before you send the item back.

Please do not send any returns back to us without prior approval. We will not accept returns without approval, and any unapproved returns will be rejected.

Return Shipping:
For faulty or damaged items, we will provide a complimentary return shipping label. To initiate a return, please:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Contact us via email at contact@tipsie.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
For all other returns (including change of mind, incorrect sizing, etc.), you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refunds and Store Credit:
A store credit will be provided for all change of mind returns, however if the item was faulty, a refund will also be available. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
